Overdraft Services

We understand mistakes happen, like when your account becomes overdrawn. We offer several kinds of overdraft services to help:


Overdraft Protection – Automatically transfer funds from your Share Savings Account to cover overdrawn amounts with this convenient service.

Overdraft Loan – Apply for a loan to provide funds for transactions when your account balance comes up short. (Subject to loan department underwriting and approval.)

Courtesy Pay Service – As a courtesy, EFCU will consider covering certain transactions that cause your account to be overdrawn in order to help you avoid paying merchant fees. See Courtesy Pay Service Policy.
